Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast!

In this episode, Dealing with Anger, our hosts Dr. Peter Bagshaw and Dr. Andrew Tresidder discuss anger in detail.

During the conversation, they discuss what can cause feelings of anger, how you can use simple techniques to diffuse an angry encounter when appropriate and how you can calm yourself down during pressurised moments.
