In this episode, Foraging for Wellbeing, our hosts Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw are joined by Dr. Chris Grieco AKA Tutti Fungi, a junior doctor working for Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, to discuss what wild food foraging involves, how it can be beneficial for physical and mental wellbeing and what not to do if you go out foraging in our beautiful countryside.
The SEW podcast is a free weekly show hosted by Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw. In each episode, the doctors discuss a different topic related to mental and emotional wellbeing and often invite expert guests to join them in conversation.
