Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast!

In this episode, Healthwatch Somerset, our hosts Dr. Peter Bagshaw and David Sealey (Commissioning Manager for Adult Mental Health and Dementia Services), are joined by Gillian Keniston-Goble, the Manager of Healthwatch in Somerset to discuss the work that Healthwatch does, what areas of health and social care they are currently focussed on and how you can get in touch with Healthwatch if you would like to share your experiences of health and social care.

The SEW podcast is a free weekly show hosted by Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw. In each episode, the doctors discuss a different topic related to mental and emotional wellbeing and often invite expert guests to join them in conversation. Somerset Emotional Wellbeing – Do you work or volunteer in health and care in Somerset? Whatever you are going through, the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing Colleague Resilience Hub is here for you. If you need further support after your initial conversation you can be referred for a one-off rapid access counselling session with a psychologist or counsellor. No waiting list.
