Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast!

In this episode, somersetemotionalwellbeing.org, our host Dr. Andrew Tresidder is joined by David Sealey, Commissioning Manager for Adult Mental Health and Dementia Services from Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group to discuss the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing Colleague Resilience Hub!

During the conversation, they discuss how health and care staff and volunteers across Somerset can use the somersetemotionalwellbeing.org website to find useful mental health and wellbeing support, why it is important that we all know how to access help when we need it and what else the Resilience Hub offers health and care staff and volunteers beyond the website.

David is also the creator/producer of the SEW podcast so they also shed light on the history of the show and lift the curtain to show you behind the scenes of the podcast.
