Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast! In this episode, Human Needs, our hosts Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw are joined by Dr. Sarah Coope from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists to discuss what human needs are, how Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs can help us to understand human behaviour and how we can enhance our wellbeing by being more actively aware of our basic needs.
