Welcome to the **Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast**! In this episode, **Yoga and Mental Health**, our hosts **Dr. Andrew Tresidder** and **Dr. Peter Bagshaw** are joined by mental health yogi **Carolyn Smith** to discuss **how practising yoga can benefit your mental health** in detail. During the conversation, they discuss **why yoga can be good for the body and the mind**, **how meditation and breath work are integral to yoga and wellbeing** and **what people with anxiety, depression and symptoms of burnout can get from practising yoga regularly**.
