Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast!

In this episode, Getting Older (for people who don’t want to talk about it)", our hosts Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw are joined by Dr. Lucy Pollock, an author and Consultant specialising in caring for the elderly and frail for Somerset NHS Foundation Trust to discuss ageing in detail.

During the conversation, they discuss Lucy’s excellent book “The Book About Getting Older (for people who don’t want to talk about it), how getting older doesn’t necessarily mean slowing down and what you can do to help people who are starting to struggle as they get older.
