Eating well (i.e. a well-balanced diet rich in vegetables and nutrients) may be associated with feelings of wellbeing. One 2014 study found high levels of wellbeing were reported by individuals who ate more fruit and vegetables... [Mind – Food and Mood](https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/tips-for-everyday-living/food-and-mood/about-food-and-mood/) - Knowing what foods we should and shouldn’t be eating can be really confusing, especially when it feels like the advice changes regularly. However, evidence suggests that as well as affecting our physical health, what we eat may also affect the way we feel. [Mindline Somerset](https://www.mindinsomerset.org.uk/our-services/adult-one-to-one-support/mindline/) - To help address the emotional health needs of the public, Mindline (run by Mind in Somerset) has extended their hours so people can call and talk to someone about their anxieties and worries.
