Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast!

In this episode, Podcasting for Health, our hosts Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw are joined by podcaster/mentor Mark Steadman and SEW creator/producer David Sealey to discuss the genesis of the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing podcast, how getting involved in podcasting and other creative arts can enhance your wellbeing and why podcasts are the perfect medium for self-expression and sharing different perspectives.

The SEW podcast is a free weekly show hosted by Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw. In each episode, the doctors discuss a different topic related to mental and emotional wellbeing and often invite expert guests to join them in conversation. The show is aimed at the people of Somerset and beyond; the advice and guidance provided should apply to anybody who needs it, whenever they need it.

If you need further support after your initial conversation you can be referred for a one-off rapid access counselling session with a psychologist or counsellor. No waiting list.
