Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast!

In this episode, Restorative Coaching, our hosts Dr. Peter Bagshaw and Dr. Andrew Tresidder are joined by Dr. Sarah Coope to discuss what restorative coaching is, how it can help you to reframe your thinking and Andrew and Sarah even run through some coaching live on the show!
