Welcome to the **Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast**! In this episode, **Dr. Andrew Tresidder** discusses loss and grief in these difficult times with **Dr. Peter Bagshaw**, Minehead GP and Clinical Lead for Mental Health & Dementia for NHS Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group. During the conversation, they cover **coping strategies**, **breathing exercises** and much more as they dig deep into both their experience as doctors and their own lives to share their valuable insight.
