Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast!

In this episode, Singing for Health, our hosts Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw are joined by Somerset GP Dr. Becca Hall to discuss what benefits Becca finds from singing in a choir, how studies show that singing has a positive effect on health and wellbeing and why singing and creating music and harmony with others can amplify these effects.
