Welcome to the **Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast**! In this episode, our hosts **Dr. Andrew Tresidder** and **Dr. Peter Bagshaw** use their expertise to discuss how we **adapt to change** as we enter **the new normal**.
