Welcome to the **Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast**! In this episode, “Spirituality and Wellbeing”, our hosts **Dr. Andrew Tresidder** and **Dr. Peter Bagshaw** are joined by **the Reverend Kirsty Wells** from **Somerset Foundation Trust** to discuss how **spirituality** (in all of its various forms) relates to our **emotional wellbeing**. During the conversation, they cover **what spirituality actually is**, **how it can benefit recovery and self-esteem**, **why the benefits are now recognised by the Royal College of Psychiatrists and other official bodies** and much more as they dig deep into their professional experience and their own lives to share their expert insight.
