Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast!

In this episode, Dealing with Stress, our hosts Dr. Andrew Tresidder and Dr. Peter Bagshaw discuss how to deal with stress in detail.

During the conversation, they discuss the stress performance curve, what causes stress and burnout and share some techniques and tips that can help to reduce stress.
