Welcome to the Somerset Emotional Wellbeing (SEW) podcast! In this episode, Nature and Health, our hosts Dr. Peter Bagshaw and Dr. Andrew Tresidder are joined by Sophie Burns and Kristen Lambert from the Somerset Wildlife Trust to discuss why nature-based interventions are important, what the benefits of green prescribing are and how you can get involved in projects, like the Nature Connections project, in Somerset that promote nature and wellbeing.
